If you’re in need of support or want help with a specific issue, try CALM's Guides.
It can be difficult to know what to do if you’re worried that someone close to you is at risk of suicide. Our helpline is there for everyone, not only those in crisis, so you can call to find out more information on how you can help. You can also find support information on our worried about someone page, and our help section has information on particular issues.
Sorry to hear about your loss. CALM partners with the Support after Suicide Partnership, which offers support to people affected by suicide. If you need any further support or information, please contact us and we’ll try to help as much as we can (we aim to respond to your email within 72 hours).
Anybody can use our services. The helpline and webchat is open to all and can be accessed 5pm to midnight every day, 365 days a year.
