Our CALM charity places and their registration fees are non-refundable, as per our Terms & Conditions.

If you want to take part in the same event the following year then we'd love to welcome you back to the team, however you will need to register again and pay a new registration fee. This is to help ensure that CALM don't make a loss from being involved with our events and to ensure we can continue to raise as much money as possible to provide our life-saving services.

If you are unable to take part in your event and want to transfer to another event in the same year, please get in touch with our team to discuss your options. Decisions about transferring your place to another event are made on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of the Events Team.

Once you've registered on our website, we’ll send you a link to our Kit store where you can order your CALM top - so you can look the part on the day.

When you order your top, you will have the option to make a suggested donation to cover the cost of your kit, allowing us to use as much of your fundraising as possible to take a stand against suicide.

If you're using a CALM charity place, the fundraising pledge we ask you to raise can be found on each event's webpage. These are set to help us make sure we're able to raise as much as possible at events where we buy charity places, as buying places comes at a high cost to charities and fundraising is essential to ensure we don't lose money on our places.

If you've bought a place directly from an event organiser and would like to use it to fundraise for CALM, then you can set your own target and raise as much as you like.

Whichever way you're taking part, we'll be on hand to support you with every step of your fundraising and you'll have access to our dedicated Fundraising Team and fundraising resources.

Yes, the more the merrier! Fundraising as a team is a great way to boost your donations. If you're using our CALM charity places, your team fundraising pledge will be the total of all your individual pledges - for example, a team of 10 who have a £100 pledge per person will have a £1,000 team pledge.

Fundraising can sometimes feel daunting, especially if you've never done it before. After you join Team CALM, our Fundraising Team will be on hand to support you in the lead up to your event to help you reach your fundraising target. If you're really struggling, get in touch with us and we'll be able to help.

No, the fundraising pledges we set exclude Gift Aid.

You'll receive information from the event organisers in the weeks leading up to your event via email, so long as you have completed your console registration.

Most events also have participant areas available online which will have all the information you need before you head to the start line.

A console registration is separate to your CALM registration, and is how you pass on information to the event organisers, such as what time you think you'll complete your event in so they can allocate you a start time.

Not completing this will result in you being unable to take part in your event. CALM will be in touch to make sure you have everything you need to complete this with plenty of time.

We ask anyone buying one of our CALM charity places to pay a registration fee to help us cover a portion of the costs we pay event organisers for these places.

From time to time, we may offer discounts on registration fees for our events. Details for these and when the discount will end are available on the relevant event webpages, or via email and social media. Discount codes are one-time use and non-transferrable. Further details can be found in our Fundraising Terms & Conditions.

We try to attend as many events as possible to cheer on our fundraisers, however this isn't always possible. We'll always include information on an event page about whether or not CALM will be there on the day.

Our confetti cannons use bio-degradable confetti so as to have minimal impact on the environment (other than creating lots of fun).

CALM are unable to cover the costs of places in events that are not listed on our Events Page, and will be unable to accommodate requests to cover place costs for any events we are not partnered with.

Our Challenge Hub is full of fundraising and training resources, which you'll have access to when you join Team CALM. Plus, our Events Team are here to support you all the way to the finish line who you can contact at any time and who'll be sending you lots of tips and advice in the lead up to your event.
